I have also understood that the contribution which my team has made as entry to the tournament is non-refundable.

 

I understand and agree that the organisers of The Friendship Cup 2008 - Junior 7-a-side Soccer Tournament, North West Community Development Council, Marsiling Zone 7 Residents’ Committee, Marsiling CSC, Fuchun CC MAEC, associated organisations and sponsors of the tournament will not be liable for loss of life or property, damages, accidents or injury to players, officials and supporters during the tournament, and that the organisers reserve the right to change, in the best interest of the tournament, any rules, regulations and fixtures.

 

I accept that the Organisers reserve the right to discontinue any matches and/or the tournament due to weather and/or any Act of God, or due to any circumstances beyond the control of the organisers.

 

The discretion to reschedule or not to reschedule the outstanding matches due to the weather and/or any Act of God is with the Organisers. The Organisers' decision is final on this matter.

I understand that this is an application only. Official acceptance of this application will be notified in writing and all applications are processed on first-come, first-served basis and subject to organisers’ confirmation.
