Marsiling Mid-Autumn Lantern Festival 2003

This year's Marsiling Mid-Autumn Lantern Festival Organising Committee was chaired by Fuchun CC MAEC Chairman, Mr Yahya Hamid. The appointment is significant in that it is the first time that a non-Chinese has headed the committee. With the sizeable number of members of other races joining in the celebration with their families, the festival has truly become a multi-racial event that everyone would look forward to.

This year's event also saw the Launching of Arts @ Marsiling which is an initiative of North West CDC and Marsiling GROs. Members of Fuchun CC MAEC were very actively involved in both the Lantern Festival & Arts @ Marsiling.
